Cookies and local storage
This policy covers cookies and other browser storage, including localStorage. First-party storage is not automatically necessary; each use must be assessed against its purpose and applicable requirements.
Customer authentication uses nova-customer-auth and possible authentication fragments, configured for up to seven days. The nova-pre-sale-visitor cookie links and restores a requested anonymous support conversation and is currently configured for up to one year.
The nova-cart localStorage entry keeps your shopping cart. gamehub:locale:v1 stores your chosen language and reference currency. gamehub:exchange-rate:ecb:v1 and currency-specific variants cache exchange-rate information. Other account-interface preferences may store your chosen appearance. These localStorage entries have no automatic lifetime unless a specific expiry is implemented; you can remove them using browser controls.
Current choices
The current policy settings do not enable advertising or analytics tracking. Authentication, cart and requested support functions continue to work. You can review this status and reset supported browser preferences from Cookie Settings without signing in.
If optional tracking is introduced, its purposes, providers and storage details must be disclosed, and any required active consent obtained before it loads. A policy setting alone is not permission to load an undisclosed tracking script.
Changing settings
Open Cookie Settings from the footer at any time. Resetting language and currency restores the default display. Clearing the cart removes saved items. Browser controls can delete other site storage, but deleting authentication or support cookies may sign you out or prevent recovery of an anonymous chat.
Rejecting optional tracking must not prevent core purchasing or support. Any future consent settings must offer clear acceptance, rejection and withdrawal controls and honour the actual choice. US privacy opt-outs, where applicable, are separate from whether a cookie is necessary.
